COM DORMIR AMB L’EXC\u00c9S DE CALOR ACTUAL?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Les temperatures estiuenques cada vegada m\u00e9s altes aconsegueixen que l’agradable calor es converteixi en un sofocant enemic. L’hora de la siesta o a la nit, aquesta calor sufocant fa que sigui gaireb\u00e9 impossible conciliar el son. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A l’estiu dormim pitjor, ja que li afegim a la calor sufocant, l’ampliaci\u00f3 d’hores de llum que afecten els nostres cicles vitals, i el canvi de rutina que es crea en aquests mesos d’estiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per\u00f2 \u00e9s clar que es pot combatre la calor estiuenca amb algunes claus per poder dormir quan fa molta calor. La nostra soluci\u00f3 necessita disposar de la roba de llit adequat per a l’ocasi\u00f3, aportar per sabanes lleugeres fabricades amb materials transpirables com els llen\u00e7ols de cot\u00f3 100%<\/a><\/strong>, amb un tacte agradable i suau que permeten combatre aquestes altes temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mateixa soluci\u00f3 s’ha d’aplicar sobretot als m\u00e9s peques de la casa, llen\u00e7ols suaus i transpirables que els ajudar\u00e0<\/a><\/strong> a estar m\u00e9s fresquets en les nits c\u00e0lides d’estiu.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QUE HEM DE FER PER ACONSEGUIR UN MILLOR DESCANS?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A- Per aconseguir que l’habitaci\u00f3 on vam conciliar el son aquest m\u00e9s fresqueta t’aconsellem c\u00f3rrer les cortines i les persianes abans de dormir<\/strong>, evites que entri la llum i que l’estada est\u00e0 m\u00e9s fresqueta.
B- Si vas reduint l’exposici\u00f3 a la llum segons s’acostin les \u00faltimes hores de la tarda, anires preparant el teu cos per al moment de dormir.
C- Crea una rutina per a l’ hora d’ anar a dormir. El cos s’acostuma als horaris i si anem a dormir a la mateixa hora aproximadament, notarem que ens \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil conciliar el son.
D- L’estr\u00e8s genera tensi\u00f3 i afecta de manera negativa fent que dorms pitjor. Si aconsegueixes algunes pautes de relaxaci\u00f3<\/strong> per concentrar-te a l’hora de dormir, t’ajudar\u00e0 a conciliar millor el son
E- Intentar treure l’ aire calent de l’ habitaci\u00f3. Si disposem d’un ventilador, el normal seria focalitzar-lo cap a nosaltres. Per\u00f2 \u00e9s molt millor dirigir el ventilador cap a la finestra, d’aquesta manera aconseguirem que l’aire calent no entri a la nostra habitaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

F- La temperatura corporal durant el dia a l’estiu pot ser alta, i una dutxa abans de dormir ens ajudar\u00e0 a reduir-la. Aix\u00f2 obt\u00e9 un resultat de relaxaci\u00f3 i a m\u00e9s en reduir la temperatura corporal ens ajudar\u00e0 en el moment de dormir.
G- Si dorms amb roba, llavors escull roba lleugera i transpirable. Pijames c\u00f2modes.
H- La roba de llit adequat<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9s essencial, tal com t’hem indicat al principi. Sabanes amb barreja de cot\u00f3 lleugeres i transpirables t’ajudaran a dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tots aquests consells t’ajudaran a dormir sense notar tant la calor, o a conciliar millor el son en aquest estiu calor\u00f3s que ja tenim aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I recorda que la roba de llit transpirable i lleugera, a m\u00e9s d’una sensaci\u00f3 agradable al tacte, ens ha de permetre dormir o conciliar el son molt millor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
